Please note that returns are only possible for products that have not been worn and are in their original packaging. Custom-made items and SALE products cannot be returned.

Returns are at the buyer's expense and risk. If returned, the products remain the responsibility of the buyer until they reach us.

As soon as we receive a return, we will check the product. If everything is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (minus shipping costs, which are not refundable). We ask for your patience.

Items can also be exchanged. If you would like to exchange your item, send us a request within 14 days via the contact form . As soon as we confirm the exchange, you can return the item to us at your own expense. You will receive all information about the return via email.
