MILANO GUIDE by LOVEM

I love to travel to Milan in spring or fall - that's when the city is really busy. Discover my favorite places collected over the years!

Start your day with a cozy breakfast at PAN Milano or Signor Lievito . Both spots offer amazing fresh pastries, great coffee and very cool interior design!

After breakfast, head to the Monumental Cemetery. It's not just any cemetery—this place is like a museum with stunning sculptures, mausoleums, and elaborate tombs of famous Italian figures. It's a quiet, reflective space, yet full of history.

For lunch, make your way to Fiori Chiari (best pasta pomodoro!) or Il Salumaio (love their tiramisu!)—both are fancy but fantastic spots for lunch. I recommend that you make a reservation.

After lunch, take a stroll through the artsy Brera district. The streets are lined with art galleries, boutiques, and plenty of local brands. While you're there, grab a coffee or your first aperitivo at VESTA —definitely a place for design lovers.

When it's time for aperitivo, head to Bar Basso, famous for inventing the Negroni Sbagliato and serving huge Negronis, or check out the cozier vibe of Bicchierino Bar .

In the evening, I recommend my forever favorite spot in Milan: N'ombra de Vin. Hidden in the Brera district, experience a dinner in the cellar for an unforgettable night in one of Milan's coolest spots. I t's the perfect place for a fun dinner and the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again!

Enjoy!

Love, M
